Holster Exchanges and Returns

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PURCHASING ANY REMORA PRODUCTS

The Return & Exchange Policy below applies to products purchased from www.remoraholsterstore.com ONLY.
If your product was not purchased from our site please contact the place of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

1. Must be purchased within 30 calendar days of the date on the order.

2. Must be in “NEW” condition with packaging included.

Cannot show any signs of wear and tear to the product.

3. Holster (s) cannot be returned if it has any of the follow modification:

leather, tuckable, outside-the-waistband or added magazine compartment.

4. Approved returns will not be refunded the price of shipping and handling paid when purchasing the holster (s) and may be subject to a $7.50 restocking fee per item returned.

5. Shipping charges for returned holster(s) will be paid by the customer.

6. Please email support@remoraholsters.com and include the following information in your email: Name and Order number.
You will then be contacted with a Return Authorization Number and directions on how to complete your return.

7. RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE CARBON CARRY HOLSTER. If the holster is defective please call 239-734-7200 ext 304 for assistance.



EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Must be purchased within 30 calendar days of the date on the order.

2. Must be in “NEW” condition with packaging included.

Cannot show any signs of wear and tear to the product.

3. Holster (s) cannot be exchanged if it has any of the follow modification:

leather, tuckable, outside-the-waistband or added magazine compartment.

4. Approved exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee on the subtotal price of the

exchanged item as well as shipping and handling fees.

5. Shipping charges for the customer mailing back the holster(s) they are exchanging will

be paid by the customer.

6. Please email support@remoraholsters.com and include the following information in your email:

Name and Order Number.
You will then be contacted with a Return Authorization Number and directions on how to complete your exchange.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE STATEMENTS:
IF THE HOLSTER(S) CONTAINS A MANUFACTURERS DEFECT OR INCORRECT FITMENT WHICH WILL REQUIRE INSPECTION AND FINAL APPROVAL BY
REMORA. A DECISION WILL BE MADE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. MODIFICATION BY REMORA MAY BE APPLIED AND RETURNED TO CUSTOMER AT
REMORA’S EXPENSE.
